The Role

Manager, Client Onboarding

As the Manager of Client Onboarding at VUUDL Media Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients as they onboard onto our platform. You will lead a team responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, understanding their needs, and facilitating the setup of their accounts.
This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of client onboarding specialists, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients onto our platform.

Develop and maintain onboarding processes, procedures, and documentation to streamline the client onboarding experience and ensure consistency and efficiency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, establishing rapport, building trust, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, account management, product development, and customer support, to coordinate the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for clients.

Basic Qualifications

Manager, Client Onboarding

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably within the media or technology industry.

    Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues, develop solutions, and drive resolution.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Nice To Have

Manager, Client Onboarding

    Experience working with digital media platforms, content management systems, or advertising technologies.

    Certification in project management or related disciplines.

    Experience implementing client onboarding automation tools or platforms.

    Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to client data and privacy.

    Familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies.
